    “I am still on a high thinking about the without question/hands-down best weekend of my life….. And not for a moment have I lost sight of the fact that the only reason the weekend took place at all was because of the kindness and generosity extended to us by you and Rob. Honestly, I would not have changed a thing. I can’t wait to tell you all about it. I was wondering if Kathy might be available to run what remains of my life?? She did the most brilliant job, juggled so many unexpected/last minute details and changes with such grace and good will, not to mention, providing the most wonderful accommodation for Twig and Button (rabbits). I have yet to meet anyone with such World Class Tact. Francois and Marie,, what can I say?? We are all still talking about the most splendid meals. We tried (unsuccessfully) to come up with our top three meals, not able too, too many delicious ones to choose from. Benjamin and Janet and their lovely daughter, Eliza, and another lovely girl were so incredibly helpful and worked so hard to keep the house, rooms and kitchen in better than working order. I wouldn’t know how to begin to thank you… I laughed so hard over the long weekend that at one point I thought I might have had a mini stroke but soon realized that my facial and jaw muscles were sore and stiff due to non-stop hysterical laughter. My friends and family are experiencing Post- Alderley Depression. Some have written to Kathy about their blissful and dream-like time at Alderley. Thank u again for providing all of us with a weekend that none of us will ever forget, I could not have wished for more..please give my very best and so many thanks to Rob, and we all so look forward to seeing you soon.

    I wanted to thank you for allowing us to rent your home for our family reunion and vow renewal on June 3rd – 5th. We had such an amazing time. Our friends from Canada were thrilled to experience the English

    countryside in such a grand yet homey way. It was a real treat.

    Speaking of Kathy, words can’t describe how instrumental she was in making the week end a success. From all the pre planning and onsite support she was amazing. Her calm, friendly manner and her incredible hard work ethic made the weekend effortless. By Sunday we felt like she, and Milo, were part of our family!

    Winning the Taste of Bath award at the first BEHTAs was a real honour for us as the food scene in and around Bath is so strong. The award has certainly raised our profile within the city but also has given us more attention to those visiting the city in search of places to visit too. The evening itself was great fun and really well organised by Andrew, justification enough for entering the awards again next year!

    Andrew has been a brilliant supporter of the inaugural Bath Fashion Festival and we will definitely use the company again. They not only arranged the masqued ball at ridiculously short notice – even by fashion standards – but also supported the fashion festival team members in a variety of other ways. The directors came in on time, on budget and used their experience to help our directors make good business choices. There are not many companies that would go the extra mile – Andrew did.

    We were thrilled and surprised to be the winners in the two categories we entered in the first BEHTA Awards. The Awards were extremely well organised and being judged by no less than 17 nationally recognised industry professionals, meant for us that the Awards would be taken seriously by locals and industry colleagues alike and therefore we wanted to be part of the process and hoped to win.

    Being in there for the first year was also important for us, in setting the standard for others beat to in future years. We also hope to come back stronger again next year to beat off new challengers!

    Finally we liked having opportunity in the Customer Service Award to be pitched against all customer service businesses, not just hotels. Winning was the icing on the cake!

    We very much hope the Awards go from strength to strength and we plan to support the BEHTA Awards every year. Thank you to Andrew and team for organising such a great scheme in which local businesses can be recognised and best wishes for the future.

    My partner and I had a really marvellous New Years Eve evening and thoroughly enjoyed the whole event which seemed to be very well organised and ran very smoothly. The Assembly Rooms looked absolutely stunning, and the live band was absolutely excellent. (The disco was great too!). We shall hope to attend again this year, but meanwhile will enjoy remembering what a great time we had
